Task

• To come up with proposed guidelines on the provision of welfare assistance and benefits to Dayak/Ibans in Miri in general and the members of the Association in particular, and
• To look for opportunities for collective bargaining for members’ benefit, by capitalising on its membership numbers.

Objectives

• To meet the Miri Dayak population’s expectation that the Association provide welfare assistance and benefits to its deserving members,
• To ensure consistencies in the disbursement of such assistance and benefits, wherever applicable, and
• To ensure timely disbursement of such assistance and benefits.
