Task
The Membership, Website, Documentation and Publicity sub-committee is formed specifically to strengthen the membership recruitment, administration and publicity of the Persatuan Dayak Miri activities.

Objectives
The main purpose is to provide support to Executive Committee in organizing membership drive and publicity activities, membership administration and update to enable the Association to fulfill its over all Work plan and Targets.

• Membership Drive Workplan / Programme Establishment
• Membership Registration and Update
• Publicity Campaign and News Publication
• Website Establishment and Update

Policy

• Authorities are to be delegated as required in strict compliance to the Constitution of the Association.
• Procedures are established with reference to each component activity and scheduled according of the various submission of other sub-committees.
• Each member or team is responsible for the first draft of its own activities.
• Approved budgets must be obtained for all planned activities.

Strategy

• All meetings are called in accordance with Rules of the Association.
• All activities / project proposal are to be sanctioned by the EC before their implementation.
• Membership registration is regularly updated for membership status subscription fees payment.

Challenges
The main challenge of these sub-committee is to gain confidence and support from members of the Executive Committee. Teamwork and understandings are important for the progress of the association.
